Delivery range

We provide delivery services to customers around the world. No matter where you are in the world, as long as the area has normal logistics conditions, you can enjoy QuestProps' high-quality product delivery.

Delivery time

1. Order processing and delivery: If you successfully pay for the order and the goods are in stock, we will complete the sorting, packaging and delivery of the goods within 5 working days. Please rest assured that our team will race against time to deliver your goods as quickly as possible.

2. Estimated delivery time: Calculated from the date of shipment, it is expected to be delivered to you within 10 working days. However, some remote areas or force majeure factors (such as bad weather, customs inspections, etc.) may cause a slight extension of delivery time.

Delivery method

We work closely with internationally renowned logistics partners, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc., using their mature global logistics network to ensure the safe and fast transportation of your packages. These logistics providers provide door-to-door delivery services, and you don't need to worry about complicated transportation links.

 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination country and region of the product. During your order, the system will automatically calculate and clearly display the delivery fees based on the product you selected and the delivery address. During some promotional events, you may be offered free shipping, which is subject to the specific event rules.

Delivery Tracking

After your order is shipped, you can easily track your package in two ways:

1. Enter your order information on the "My Order" page of the QuestProps website to get real-time logistics status updates.

2. Use the logistics tracking number we provide to check on the official website or mobile app of the corresponding logistics company to keep track of the package at any time.

Special Situation Handling

1. Address Change: If you need to change the delivery address before the order is shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to assist you in making the modification and ensure that the package is accurately delivered to the new address. If the order has been shipped, you need to contact the logistics company to apply for an address change, and the resulting costs will be borne by you.

2. Customs Clearance Issues: International delivery may involve customs clearance procedures, and customs policies vary from country to country.  If the package is delayed or detained due to customs inspection, tax payment and other issues, we will actively assist you in communicating with customs, but the relevant responsibilities and costs will be borne by you.
